The Pharma and Healthcare Warehouse Site Manager is a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 years of previous experience in pharmaceutical and healthcare warehouse management. This role involves leading and overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory guidelines, and maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and holds a GDP certification. Exceeds customer expectations by providing the highest possible service quality to customers. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of warehouse personnel, including supervisors, operators, and technicians. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability within the team. Ensure the warehouse operates in full compliance with pharmaceutical and healthcare regulatory requirements, including GDP, FDA, GMP, and other relevant standards. Implement and oversee quality control measures to maintain product integrity and prevent deviations. Continuously assess and improve warehouse processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall performance. Identify areas for optimization and implement best practices to streamline workflows. Collaborate with maintenance and security teams to address facility upkeep, repairs, and safety measures. . Responsible for P L including activities in the field of accounting, financial controlling, and strategic planning. Responsible for Implementation and Maintenance of standardized processes, structures, and systems according to corporate guidelines. Responsible for management of all personnel and HR matters including staff training and planning in cooperation with Human Resources (HR). Ensure the company’s Code of Conduct is fully enforced and followed by employees. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as order accuracy, on-time deliveries, inventory turnover, and cycle times. Generate comprehensive reports on warehouse performance, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: The incumbent will directly and/or indirectly supervise up to 50 employees. Five weeks’ travel is mandatory for training for this position. QUALIFICATIONS: Good strategic and planning skills, ability to translate strategy to operational plan and execution. Proven track record in people management and leadership skills (strong knowledge and experience in Recruitment/Selection/Training/Development Coaching/Conflict Management/Performance Management). Good communication skills (open and confidential communication style). Strong decision-making capabilities and high accountability. High result orientation and customer focus. Ability to integrate and coordinate efforts/resources across functions and boundaries. Certified in Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and strong knowledge of related regulatory standards. ·Excellent organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal skills. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite. Detail oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines. Self-motivated, able to work on a team and independently. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree preferred not required. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical and healthcare warehouse management. Prefer 10 years. International languages a plus. Ability to utilize MS Office Products. Proven experience in Pharma Healthcare/ Logistics / Supply Chain Management (SCM). ENVIRONMENT: 100% performed in climate-controlled warehouse and office environment working under normal office conditions. Travel will be (up to 25 %) required in support of the position’s responsibilities. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; stand; walk; use hands and finger to feel and handle; reach with arms and hands; talk and hear. While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently is required to stoop, kneel, and crouch; lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds.
